Adjustable Extension Spindle

Adjustable extension spindles allow the contractor to cater for various spindle lengths from ex stock extension spindles within the size ranges listed above.

Our adjustable extension spindles are manufactured from a combination of 40mm x 40mm x 2mm thick galvanised SHS and 30mm x 30mm x 2mm galvanised SHS, welded to standard 35mm AF cast steel female sockets and male spigots.

Correct spindle length is set by adjusting the two square tube sections and locking them with two 12mm diameter high tensile grub screws.

The benefit for the pipework supplier is that, for contracts that require a quick response, the merchant only requires to stock five adjustable extension spindles to cover from 250mm length up to 3000mm length.

All adjustable extension spindles finished ‘Hammerite’ blue paint. Support brackets can be supplied to suit adjustable extension spindles.
